At Vintage Culture, we want you to love your timeless finds; if a piece doesn't fit your aesthetic, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all vintage-inspired tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the inclusion of the packing slip to help our team identify your order quickly.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
